Relationship and Couple Counselling
Relationship counselling aims to help you gain insight into your relationship, and identify strengths and challenges, both individually and as a couple. We also recognise the role of mental health counselling around anxiety and grief and loss, which can often occur when under stress.
Evolving Minds Counselling respects our lives are very busy with family and work often dominates our time. The complexities of day-to-day living also brings a range of issues that directly impact our relationships. This is why we offer a range of options to access counselling, including online therapy.
The role of the counsellor/psychologist is to help you rediscover what brought you together, what your strengths are both individually and as a couple and what is getting in the way of you achieving a fulfilling and healthy life. It is also important to provide mental health counselling around grief and loss, as separation and divorce can bring up a range of difficult emotions.
