Anxiety • OCD • Trauma • Relationship Therapy
Brandon Colagrossi is a Registered Psychologist at Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology in Menai. As a psychologist in the Sutherland Shire, he works with adolescents aged 15 and over and adults, offering therapy in person and online across Australia.
Brandon works with a range of presentations, with particular clinical interests in anxiety-related conditions including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, phobias and social anxiety.
He also works with people impacted by trauma, including post-traumatic stress and experiences of domestic and family violence. Brandon takes a trauma-informed approach, recognising how past experiences can shape emotional responses, relationships and a sense of safety.
Brandon has experience working with people recovering from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents, including those engaged in Workers Compensation and CTP claims.
In addition, Brandon offers couple and relationship therapy, helping partners improve communication, navigate conflict and strengthen connection. His approach is practical and respectful, helping couples work towards greater understanding and a more constructive way to communicate.
Brandon draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. Therapy is guided by each person’s needs, goals, and experiences.
