Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology, Menai, began its journey in 2017, driven by a clear vision, to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care to individuals and families across the Sutherland Shire. From the outset, our practice has been built on compassion, clinical excellence and personalised support, values that continue to shape everything we do.
Since then, Evolving Minds, Menai, has grown into a trusted team of psychologists and counsellors, offering support to people within the Sutherland Shire and across greater Sydney. United by shared values of collaboration, respect, and evidence-based practice, our clinicians bring diverse areas of clinical expertise to help clients navigate life’s challenges.
We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as relationship, couples and family counselling. Our clinicians, support people experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, mood disorders, OCD and personality disorders. We also offer specialist care for eating disorders, trauma, school refusal, separation anxiety and perfectionism.
