Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is an evidence based approach designed to help manage intense emotions, improve relationships and develop effective coping strategies. Originally developed for people with borderline personality disorder (BPD), DBT is widely used to support people experiencing a range of mental health presentations.
