That’s why we offer secure, evidence-based online counselling across Australia, delivered by our experienced clinicians. If you prefer to meet in person, we also provide face-to-face counselling in Menai for local clients in the Sutherland Shire.

You don’t need any special software or equipment, just a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. We provide a secure, confidential video link, ensuring privacy and ease of access. Our clinicians draw on range of evidence based therapies, including CBT, ACT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Schema Therapy.
Our team includes experienced psychologists and counsellors, all trained and experienced in a range of evidence-based therapies. We provide support for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, stress, ADHD, autism (ASD) and parenting challenges. Each online session is tailored to your goals and preferences, with flexible scheduling to make ongoing therapy easier. We also offer NDIS counselling and therapy for participants receiving Therapeutic Supports.
For families, we provide Family Counselling and Adolescent Counselling to help strengthen relationships and communication at home.
