Meet Katelyn Mannix

Katelyn Mannix is a Registered Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar) at Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology in Menai. She provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults in person at our Menai practice and online across Australia.
Katelyn works with people experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. She also supports those navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, and the impact of ongoing stress.
Katelyn brings a warm, down-to-earth and compassionate approach to her work. She creates a space where clients feel heard, understood and safe to explore what is going on for them, while building practical strategies for change. Her style is collaborative and respectful, supporting clients to move at a pace that feels manageable.
She has a strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients and takes a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach. Katelyn also has an interest in perinatal mental health, supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional shifts that can come with this stage of life.
Katelyn provides Adult ADHD and Adult Autism assessments. She works with clients to make sense of long-standing patterns, particularly in areas such as attention, overwhelm, social experiences and day-to-day functioning. Her approach focuses on providing clear, meaningful feedback to support understanding and next steps.
