• Trauma and Anxiety

Christina Gilto is a Registered Psychologist at Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology in Menai. She works with adults across the Sutherland Shire, offering therapy in person and online across Australia.

Christina creates a calm and considered therapeutic space. Her approach is collaborative and practical, building confidence and strategies that translate into everyday life.

Christina has a strong focus on women's mental health across the lifespan and has completed training in menopause and midlife mental health through the Australian Menopause Society. She works with women navigating menopause-related changes, perimenopause, hormonal transitions, disrupted sleep, anxiety, low mood, and shifts in identity and confidence that often accompany midlife.

During the perinatal period, she supports women through pregnancy, postnatal depression and anxiety, and the emotional adjustments of new parenthood.

For adults living with ADHD, Christina offers therapy focused on attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation and the everyday impact ADHD can have on work, relationships and self-understanding. She also provides adult ADHD assessments for people seeking clarity and diagnosis, with a thorough and respectful process that supports informed next steps.

In her work with people affected by workplace stress, psychological injury and trauma, Christina supports those involved in Workers Compensation and CTP claims. Therapy may focus on psychological recovery, adjustment, and rebuilding confidence and day-to-day functioning after injury.
