Our fees differ depending on the service you require.

We are not a bulk billing practice however, do see clients who are eligible to access the Psychological Support Services (PSS) Initiative and Workcover.

Our friendly customer relationship team would be happy to answer any questions you may have in regard to fees, including information about Medicare rebates for psychology services, or help you choose the clinician best suited to your needs.

Accessing mental health support through Medicare Rebates is simple and beneficial. With a referral from your GP, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician via a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can utilise Medicare Rebates for Individual and Group Therapy sessions.

 

This rebate extends to children, adolescents, and adults, providing up to 10 sessions per calendar year for Individual Therapy and an additional 10 sessions per calendar year for Group Therapy.

 

Take advantage of this opportunity to prioritise your mental well-being and claim Medicare Rebates Psychology.

To maintain our quality of care and timely services to all of our clients, we require at least 2 days notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

 

• Should you cancel within 2 days of your scheduled appointment a fee of $93.35 will apply. 

• Should less than one business day's notice be given the full fee will be charged.
