Clinical Supervision

Sharing knowledge and experience

Clinical supervision is a process whereby another allied health professional is supported to reflect on their own practice in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. It is place where you can broaden your experience, deepen your learning and grow both professionally and personally.

Clinical supervision is also an important component of self-care and a strong link has been found between the absence of good clinical supervision and vicarious trauma.

We provide supervision to:

  • Allied Health Workers

  • Case Workers

  • Early Childhood Workers

  • Psychologists

  • Social Workers

  • Youth Workers

  • Clinicians in rural areas or those working remotely

We also provide mentoring in the areas of business development and practice management.
