Evolving Minds: A Safe Space for Growth and Healing

Danielle Nedelkovska Bio Photo_edited.jpg

Danielle is an experienced Clinical Psychology Registrar with over 12 years of expertise in supporting individuals across the lifespan. With a deep commitment to mental health and emotional well-being, Danielle has worked extensively with both adults and children to help them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, social and emotional well-being, post-traumatic growth, relationship issues, living in alignment with core values, stress management, and emotional dysregulation. She sees parents and infants between 0 - 2, children 12 and up and adults.

A particular area of expertise and interest for Danielle is perinatal mental health, specialising in supporting mothers and fathers during the vulnerable transition into parenthood. Danielle is trained in the Marte Meo attachment program and Circle of Security Parenting program, allowing her to provide targeted support to mothers and fathers in fostering a secure and healthy attachment with their babies. She empowers mothers and fathers to develop a strong emotional bond with their infants, promoting individual mental health and the baby's developmental well-being.

With a compassionate and integrative approach, Danielle draws from evidence-based practices to tailor interventions for each individual. This may include cognitive-behavioural techniques, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness practices, and attachment-based interventions, all grounded in the principles of empathy and understanding.

Whether working with individuals facing personal emotional challenges, or guiding parents through the delicate early stages of parenthood, Danielle is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for growth, healing, and positive change.
