Danielle Nedelkovska

Meet Danielle Nedelkovska

Danielle is a Clinical Psychology Registrar at Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology, offering therapy for adolescents (12+) and adults. She brings over 12 years of experience to her clinical work and provides compassionate, evidence-based support both in person at our Menai practice in the Sutherland Shire and via online counselling across Australia.

Danielle has a particular interest in perinatal mental health and works with clients across the full spectrum of the parenthood journey. She supports individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety and depression, parent-infant bonding challenges, and recovery following birth trauma. Her approach is thoughtful and attuned, helping parents build emotional insight, confidence, and coping strategies during what can be an overwhelming life transition.

Danielle integrates specialised training in the Marte Meo Attachment Program and Circle of Security Parenting Program to support early relational connection and promote secure, healthy parent-infant bonds. She works with both new and expecting parents to strengthen emotional resilience, manage stress and feel more grounded in their parenting role.

In addition to her work in perinatal mental health, Danielle supports clients with a range of mental health presentations including anxiety, depression and stress. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, with a focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental space for reflection and growth.

Danielle draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and attachment-focused interventions. Her goal is to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply, developing effective coping skills, and moving toward meaningful, values-aligned change.
