Meet Lenelle Morgan
 

Lenelle is a qualified Art Psychotherapist with a warm, person-centred approach, supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through both verbal and creative expression. She offers in-person therapy at Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology in the Sutherland Shire, where she creates a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow in ways that feel authentic and meaningful.

With a Master of Art Therapy and over two decades of experience, Lenelle integrates traditional talk therapy with creative modalities such as drawing, painting, sculpting and mixed media. This approach supports clients in expressing themselves beyond words, which is particularly helpful when emotions or experiences are difficult to articulate. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs, preferences and strengths of each person, offering a flexible path to insight, regulation and connection.

Lenelle supports a wide range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and post-traumatic stress. She also has a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and intellectual disabilities, as well as those living with neurocognitive conditions such as dementia. Her practice is both neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, creating a therapeutic space where all identities and lived experiences are welcomed and respected.

 

Drawing on evidence-based frameworks, Lenelle integrates Art Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapies and systems-informed practice. She is also LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to inclusive care that honours each person’s story and values.
